Training schedule:
The following aspects we include in the Training Schedule:
- Appearance & Wearing of Uniform: Asil Training team ensure that at the place of deployment A Security Guard should maintain his image accordance with his Uniform. A smart Guard with good appearance increases the good image of self and the company where he is deployed.
- We ensure that no Guard performs duty without Proper Uniform.
- He should carry an I Card and other accessory like whistle, Batton etc.
- He should shave regularly.
- Behavior:
- A Security Guard should be firm and polite.
- He should be alert all the time duritng his duty.
- He should always show his good behavior)
- He should not sleep or take rest during duty time.
- Guards Selection Procedure: Training Team ensure that a security guard must match the basic security Physical Standard and should be educated other than that:
- A security Guard should be healthy.
- He should know about the parade.
- The team ensures that he is familiar with the fire equipment and other equipment like HHMD, DFMD.
- He should know how to dress (Uniform) himself. He should carry a whistle, batton, etc.
- He should know the knowledge to speak properly with the client.
- Basic Responsibilities of the Security Guards:
- Security Guard deployed at the unit ensures that what are his responsibilities on duty. Our training Team provides on-ground training also to the security staff deployed at the unit. The team ensures that security staff should understand their duty so that he can fulfill his responsibility.
- Security Guard should follow the instruction of the client as per their routine work schedule.
- He should perform dedicated duty to the client
- Behavior with the Officers /senior staff. A security Guard should salute to the senior Officers of the unit when he meets 1 st time on a daily basis.
- Emergency services: Our Training team ensures the basic Training has been given to the Security Guard. They ensure that In case of emergency security staff deployed at the unit .should know how to extinguish the fire or another kind of emergency. Security staff should be aware of Phone nos of Fire Brigade, Police and medical Help.
